MEET OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Matt is a passionate Entrepreneur and out of the box thinker. Matt founded Loop Media's first product, GetintheLoop, on an $800 budget fresh out of playing professional hockey in Europe.
Matt and his team, alongside a group of advisors, has grown Loop Media into a technology platform with global partnerships working with some of the worlds largest media organizations, sports teams and brands.
Matt holds a Masters in Innovation from Antwerp Management School and a Bachelors of Science, Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology in New York.
Chief Operations Officer
Chris heads up Loop Media's Consumer team responsible for developing and supporting the companies growth strategy across the sales, marketing and customer experience teams.
Prior to Loop Media, Chris was Head of the Mediative Consulting Group, an award-winning digital media and research company, which was acquired by Yellow Pages in 2010.
Chris has worked with the digital teams at companies including Google US & UK, 3M, ADT, Zurich Financial, Avis Budget Group, Zipcar, The New York Times and The American Red Cross.
Chief Technology Officer
Cayley has over 12 years experience in building technical teams and products. He oversees Loop Media's full technology stack and platform.
Before joining Loop Media, Cayley was part of several successful start ups including a live streaming fan experience platform and a social music video game played by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.
Cayley has built a team of mobile front end and back end developers with experience and diversity which stems from within Canada and internationally.
Vice President, Finance
Peter ensures Loop Media’s financial systems and processes are not only running effectively but also progressively.
In 2009, he earned his Chartered Professional Accountant’s designation and holds an MBA. Prior to Loop Media, Peter was a senior manager at a large international public practice accounting firm where he worked with companies in a variety of industries including technology. In his role, he helped countless companies improve their financial systems and processes to help foster corporate growth.
Chief Marketing Officer
Jason brings 23 years of marketing, leadership and start-up success in traditional and digital media.
Prior to joining GetintheLoop, Jason was responsible for the growth of Bell Media’s digital advertising products in British Columbia. Over the past 5 years, Jason has also provided brand consultancy services to various business sectors and as a consultant for the Business Development Bank of Canada. Prior to that Jason co-founded Vista Radio and led the expansion from 1 station to over 50 across Canada as Vista’s Vice President of Programming and Digital Media over 9 years. He brings a product led, data driven approach to building audiences and business and also serves as Vice President Marketing and Product for GetintheLoop.
VP, Franchise Operations
Nick has spent the last 10+ years working with companies to better engaged the modern consumer. His passion for digital technology and sales development enabled him to lead the sales and account management teams for a multi-million dollar media agency with clients across North America and Europe. Working with marketing teams from Skullcandy, Cigna Healthcare, Toysrus, Backcountry.com, Grainger, and Bell he has experiences everything from broad-based brand strategies, to hyper-focussed ecommerce funnel optimization. Nick leads the Business Development and Partner Success teams at GetintheLoop. Nick holds a dual degree in Marketing and Finance and is completing his Master’s Degree in Management at UBCO.
